Padel Magazine : Can you introduce yourself ? Tell us how you started playing padel.

Guillermo Collado: “I am Guille Collado. I am 17 years old and I was born in Madrid. I have been living in Malaga (Andalusia) for 5 years. I started the padel at the age of 7. I always saw my father playing padel and it made me want to! When he was playing matches or tournaments I always wanted to get on the court, but usually I stayed on the court next door banging against the glass. That's how my passion started. »

Padel Magazine : When did you think “I want to be professional”?

William Collado : “To be honest, from the first moment. When I started the padel, I thought I was going to be professional. I especially wanted it! »

Padel Magazine : How could we define your game? 

William Collado : “I am a fast player. I like to hit a lot of balls and work on points. I consider my biggest weapon to be the window exit. »

Padel Magazine : You are going to play the European Junior Championships in Valencia. What is your personal goal?

Guillermo Collado: «My main objective at the moment is to win the European Championships with the Spanish selection. Then we will also try to win the Open in pairs. » 

Padel Magazine : What is your dream ? Do you hope to become world number one one day?

Guillermo Collado: “Yes, it's my dream! Being #1 is what I've been thinking about since I was little. It is this dream that drives me and that makes me work every day to progress. »

Padel Magazine : On which professional circuits will you play?

Guillermo Collado: “Last year I started to play the tournaments of the World Padel Tour. This season, I also want to start playing tournaments Premier Padel."
