Franco Stupaczuk and Martin Di Nenno win the second edition of the Ooredoo Qatar Major Premier Padel 2023. In the final, the Superpibes defeated Fernando Belasteguín and Sanyo Gutiérrez in straight sets (6-2, 7-6) at Khalifa's International Tennis & Squash Complex in Doha.

The emotion is at its height for Stupa and Di Nenno who win this first Major of the season after a particularly tense tie-break in the second set. Bela and Sanyo will have been tenacious, but not enough. Indeed, they began by being led 4-0 before chaining five points in a row. But Stupa and Di Nenno recovered and ended up winning a second set much more contested than the first.

This is Di Nenno's second title in Qatar, while Stupa gets a third title in an event Premier Padel. Associated in Argentina during their youth, the “Superpibes”, who decided to come back together in 2023, already hold a title together at the highest level!

For Bela and Sanyo, this visit to the Lusail stadium where the Argentina national football team won the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 was unlucky. Despite the loss, it's still a great week for the two veterans who are proving they can be counted on this year.
