Le Padel is a sport which can be practiced by everyone, at any age thanks to the simplicity of its movements, and its understanding (tactics and technique). This sport is also pleasant for its social character.

What are the benefits of  Padel  on the players?

  1. This sport activity burns calories. One game can burn you between 400 and 700 kilocalories. It will all depend on whether you are female or male, and how intense your game is. The accumulation of short and intense movements make the Padel is an aerobic type sport which helps to burn fat.
