Kaz a padel, one of the active clubs in Réunion, is looking for a INSTRUCTOR AVAILABLE FOR THE BACK TO SPORTS 2021/2022 for an ARRIVAL the first week of August.

Job definition

The versatile teacher responsible for the school padel guarantees the implementation of sessions for young audiences. By virtue of his required skills, he will also have to supervise and teach the padel adults and any competition groups.

Teaching: lessons, planning

In collaboration with the sports director, the teacher will have the following role:

  • Define the groups, planning, calendar and educational programming of the school padel
  • Facilitate baby sessions padel/ mini padel/padel kids /padel teenagers / adults leisure / competition groups, with the possibility of relying on a CQP trainee
  • Program the content of the teaching cycles for which he is responsible
  • Guarantee the quality of teaching

Coordination of events

  • Offer individual lessons (club retrocessions% to be negotiated)
  • Organize internships during school holidays
  • Participate in the launch of the section Padel- hopes in collaboration with the Reunionese tennis league LRT

Communication with managers

    • Present the results of its activity to the managers
    • Supporting managers in their sporting thinking
    • Propose recruitment and retention projects to managers

Responsibility

He is responsible for:

  • the organization of the school of padel
  • educational programming
  • external communication on social networks

He is responsible for respecting the safety instructions for goods and people.

  • HOLIDAY COURSES: UNLIMITED ON THE NUMBER OF WEEKS // HP: 2 LOTS AVAILABLE EVERY NIGHT // UNLIMITED YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE MORNING
  • RETROCESSION OF 20 TO 30% FOR THE CLUB.
  • ENVISAGED SALARY FOR 25 HOURS PER WEEK (5 DAYS): € 2 NET
