The new pairs of the circuit of World Padel Tour were announced a few weeks ago. Although some decided to stay together in 2019, others preferred to change. There are those who gather among experienced players on the circuit, and others who try a new adventure with young players. And these are the ones that interest us today.

We are not going to generalize by putting everyone in the same basket, but we realized (like you certainly) that this season is very special… With teams combining an experienced player and a young player.

Also observe that these new pairs are also formed according to their origins ...

  • Paquito Navarro and Juan Lebron: Both are of Andalusian origin
  • Matí Díaz and Franco Stupaczuk: Both Argentinian
  • Juan Martin Díaz and Augustin Tapia: Both of Argentinian origin. Tapia comes from the same region as Belasteguin, 14 years alongside JMD.
  • Miguel Lamperti and Luciano Capra: Both Argentine, from the province of Buenos Aires.
  • Alejandra Salazar and Ariana Sanchez: Both Spanish. Alejandra has been training for years in the Catalan region where Ari was born.
  • Marta Marrero and Marta Ortega: Both Spanish.

So would it be pure coincidence or a desire of the most experienced to come closer to their sources? The debate has begun.
