We told you: this P1500 Padel Campus Arena reserved its share of surprises. And at the end of a day of tournament, we can say, we were not wrong.

After the premature elimination of the No. 1 seed Mitjana/Auradou at the top of the table, as well as the No. 2 seed Courrin/Moura at the bottom, the possibilities for unprecedented semi-finals were numerous.

Lilian Fouré and Florian Hue, heartthrobs of Nathan Courrin and Baptiste Moura, confirmed the very good understanding on the track during their quarter-final, this time against Simon Wagner and Yanis Muesser (TS7) with a victory in 2 sets (6/3 7/6). They continue their progress at the top of the table.

They will be opposed to Alexandre Topin and Maxime Jorris (TS4), who had great difficulty escaping the trap set by Jean Dumartin and Jérémy Garcia (TS6). It took three sets and two tie-breaks to decide between these two teams. Final score: 7/6 6/7 6/3.

At the bottom of the table, Thibaud Pech and Benoit Theard are doing well. Greatly helped by the elimination of the Mitjana/Auradou pair, the Toulouse duo simply progressed to the semi-final, without conceding a single set.

Which was not the case for Norman Sanchez and Nicolas Rouanet. The No. 3 seed had to be patient in a marathon match, facing Matthieu Armagnac and Morgan Mannarino. Sanchez and Rouanet were put to the test, but managed to reach the last four: 2/6 6/2 7/5.

The meeting is set at ten o'clock for the four teams who will have a lot to do to obtain their ticket for this P1500 du Nord. Follow the entire semi-final Theard/Pech against Rouanet/Sanchez on Padel MagTV :

It was his brother who one day told him to accompany him on a track. padel, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the broadcast of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
