As part of the fifth edition of the “Quartiers d’innovation” program, the territorial innovation agency Paris&Co has selected a dozen projects out of more than 100 applications that will work on ecological and social solutions in the Left Bank district of the 13th arrondissement of Paris. Among the winners, Sportfield will have the mission of building the first track in the district.

The company will therefore implement the padel in the heart of the city while respecting the notions of the program: an innovative, autonomous, ecological and social sports offer in the middle of an urban environment. This land with autonomous access management will initially be temporary and should remain for a minimum of 18 months. In the event of positive feedback from users, Sportfield may consider extending its project and multiplying the tracks in the district.

After the two tracks of Paris 19, padel seems set to become widespread within the French capital!
