According to a survey conducted on our Instagram page, which follows a article we published recently, 93% of fans believe that the competition in the middle of the padel is greater in 2023 than ten years ago.

It must be said that the popularity rating of padel experienced a significant boom in the world, making the living conditions of professional players much more comfortable and giving rise to some vocations. We notice that very young players are already part of the elite, such as Arturo Coello, Miguel Yanguas or Javi Leal.

Thus, even if currently the Coello/Tapia pair completely dominates the padel world, we notice that the battle for the places of honor is always more disputed, with a mixture of emerging stars, players in the prime of life and veterans, like Bela or Sanyo, who do not want not hang up yet.

On the other hand, if we see more and more new faces among the gentlemen, we realize that among the ladies, it is more or less the same faces that have dominated the debates for many years...
