Snowshoeing and solidarity combine for the benefit of the disabled this Saturday at the very welcoming 4Padel from Toulouse-Colomiers.

No less than two tournaments of padel – a “Pro” and a wheelchair are offered by the organizers on January 7. But it doesn't stop there, since a "Racketlon" brings together badminton tournaments, padel and table tennis. Added to this are animations of all kinds, including the possibility of testing the padel-chair, virtual tennis, games, a raffle with many prizes to be won...

Léa Godallier and Benjamin Tison mobilized

On the guest side, the team of 4Padel welcomes high-level athletes, various personalities and members of the French team of padel, in particular the n°2 ladies Léa Godallier and the n°1 gentlemen Benjamin Tison.

After the various tournaments and a gala match at the end of the afternoon, a meal is offered at 19 p.m. (by reservation at +05 (61)16 06 06 XNUMX XNUMX)

The event is co-organized by the 4Padel, the Marie-Louise Foundation (*), the Auscitain tennis club, the badminton club and their partners. The purpose of the day is to raise funds to bring a family to the Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024.

A warm place to live

(*) The Marie-Louise Foundation is an association of parents of disabled children. It brings together volunteers who raise public awareness about disability. These volunteers encourage and finance initiatives and act to alert public authorities. From 1982, Marie-Louise's pioneer parents got together to create a specialized reception center (MAS), to accommodate 15 residents, in a warm family environment. The latter was born in 1989 on land donated by Marie-Louise Sicard, the great-grandmother of Anne, a disabled girl.
