The summer of 2024 will mark the opening of a brand new leisure center in Saint-Brieuc, in Côtes-d'Armor. The Bleu Mercure real estate group, owner of the former Brezillet wholesale market, has decided to rehabilitate this old structure and create a multi-activity park there, to the delight of all locals. Abandoned for more than two decades, the latter will therefore be revamped next year to welcome sports enthusiasts from the region who want to try out the various disciplines on offer.

Climbing, games...

On the program, climbing with more than 600m² of space to climb, an immersive quiz room in a TV set setting, as well as an additional gym. "The place will be accessible to all and open 7 days a week, over a wide range of hours", promises Blue Mercury.

…And padel !

"And the padel in all of that ?” you ask yourself. Don't worry, we're getting there.

Indeed, emerging sport in the Breton region, padel will also be present within the structure with eight tracks (five indoors, three outdoors). Discipline will be carried by the former professional soccer player Gael Danic and his friend Francois Plouy who make up the famous club Breizh Padel, located in Bruz in Ille-et-Vilaine.

An existing “Bar des Sports” space in Rennes will be exported to this new space and will offer customers a friendly place to eat and have a good time. The opening of this sports and entertainment complex is announced for the summer of 2024.
