From September onwards, Padel Stuff et Padel Magazine plan to share a series of weekly videos illustrating the work of Paul Daulan, a young padel teacher from Pau who decided to “go into exile” in Bilbao for a year.
These videos will not show the exploits of a padel star but will illustrate the journey of a player and coach seeking to improve on a daily basis.
Paul's Goals
Paul is not looking to become a professional athlete during this stay in Bilbao. His goal is to develop his skills as a player, to be able to become a complete and reliable padel teacher.
The effort behind learning
Each video will highlight the effort required in learning this sport. There will be moments of joy and moments of frustration where progress may not seem obvious.

The philosophy Padel Stuff
Beyond the purely technical aspects, these videos will offer a vision of the philosophy Padel Stuff. We can see how Andoni Bardasco, the coach, analyzes the game of his students and proposes solutions to allow them to progress.
Technical analysis
These videos will not only compare Paul's level at the beginning and end of the stay: they will also show the execution of different exercises necessary to obtain the desired result. The “technical video” format will allow viewers to follow Paul's progress.
Integral training
Paul will also participate in the training courses, which will contribute to his comprehensive training as a padel teacher. The emphasis will be on the discipline, with physical preparation designed to prevent injuries and special attention to nutrition.
Paul in everyday life
Finally, we will share some aspects of Paul's personal life, we will see how he adapts to Bilbao, its customs and enjoys all that the Basque Country has to offer.
