Star speakers of this first edition of the Cupra Padel-Point Tour at Casa Padel, Alix Collombon and Ben Tison, who participated in an exhibition match with Mélissa Martin and Dimitri Huet, gave themselves up to our microphone.

Alix Collombon: “I really like coming here”

Padel Magazine : We are with Alix and Ben, how long has it been since you last came here to Casa Padel ?

Alix Collombon: "I think it's been good since the last French championships that took place here, it was in 2018."

Ben Tison : “2018 or 2019, 2019 I think”

Padel Magazine : Since then there have been colors, changes, new installations. What do you think ?

Alix Collombon : “I find it great. There is a great energy, they have done things very well from the beginning. Home Padel we know that it has been a big big center in France for a few years now. We are always very well received, each time there are improvements that are made. There are grounds which are of a new color, it is a very lively club and I really like coming here. »

Padel Magazine : We heard behind the scenes that this is the kind of club we would like to see a little more in France. Is this the model we should seek to have?

Ben Tison : “I really like this club, it's where I trained at the start: after Bois-d'Arcy I came to Casa. So it's a club close to my heart. As Alix says, they are very dynamic, always ready to do new things. In France I want to say that yes there should be clubs like that "at least", even if it's a big investment. That there are spaces between the pitches is perhaps the only thing missing here for it to be perfect. We must be inspired by this kind of club to try to improve the conditions of the players. And that the players want to make a club life and that they stay out of playing hours.

Ben Tison: "My end is closer than Alix's"

Padel Magazine : Is creating a club an idea? Could that be your goal after your career?

Alix Collombon : “After the career it is sure that I find it difficult to project myself and frankly why not. I would like to stay in the padel that's for sure. I don't know how, in what way. Will it be a club or something? I do not know. We'll see what the future holds, but yes it can be a great long-term goal."

Ben Tison : “A bit like Alix, I don't close any doors. This is not my number 1 objective today. My end of career is closer than that of Alix but I haven't thought about it yet. I give myself another 2,3 or even 4 years to continue having fun”

Passionate about football, I discovered the padel in 2019. Since then, it's been crazy love with this sport to the point of abandoning my favorite sport.
