Maxi Arce and Franco Dal Bianco won an incredible final in this first edition of the Brazil Open – A1 Padel.

The seed 1 of the tournament met the seed 2 composed of Adrián Allemandi and Tolito Aguirre. A dream poster and a high quality match with a 3rd set with a crazy outcome.

Led 5/2 in the 3rd set, Maxi and Franco made a comeback by winning an unbreathable tie-break at the finish.

On the match point, Adrián Allemandi goes very far to try to recover a par 3 from Franco made from the bottom of the track, in vain. The Argentinian pair collapse in joy on the track.

A1padel-Brazil

Adrián is “disgusted”. We read it on his face. The defeat will be hard to digest. He and Tolito came so close… just 2 points from the match.

The motivating speech of coach Gustavo Volpi was perhaps the key in this match so complicated nervously and physically.

On the other side, we heard Tito say to Tolito in the 3rd set that the opponents were playing “baballe” and that they were “playing them”.

An insufficient speech to pick up the thread of the match and win this first Open in Brazil.

For Arce and Dal Bianco, it's a hat-trick in 2023. The Argentinians consolidate their position as number 1 on the circuit with 6 victories in the last 7 tournaments!
