José Luis Salines, coach of the Mas in Perpignan, Béziers Padel Club, Area Padel Narbonne, and Sète Padel Club, is one of the leading specialists in padel in France.

For this seventh training session we redo padel, but beware of the session proposed by Jose Luis Salines do not neglect the physical!

At the beginning of the video, Jose Luis explains the technique of the víbora, topspin smash, bandeja flat, and a powerful smash.

Then we get to the heart of the matter:

  • First exercise: sequence of 20 viboras and a displacement of 2-3 meters (as if we came to the net after the blow). We continue with 10 burpees and 30 bust readings. Burpees are a difficult exercise, and potentially dangerous if you do it wrong. If you cannot do them well, do not hesitate to do them putting your hands on a raised surface rather than on the ground (bench, box, coffee table, etc.). Regarding the bust readings, you can do them as in the containment training session 6.
  • Second exercise: sequence of 20 lifted smashes and a displacement of 2-3 meters. We continue with 10 burpees and 30 bust readings
  • Third exercise: sequence of 20 bandejas flat and a displacement of 2-3 meters. We continue with 10 burpees and 30 bust readings
  • Fourth exercise: sequence of 20 powerful smashes and a displacement of 2-3 meters. We continue with 10 burpees and 30 bust readings
  • Fifth exercise: one minute of crossing feet
  • Sixth exercise: three sets of one-minute jumps with 20 seconds of rest

Once finished, you just have to start all over again. In fact, José Luis recommends following this circuit twice. Good luck !
