Laura Clergue, Canal+ consultant and vice-champion of France 2022, had the opportunity to attend the training of the greatest player in history, Fernando Belasteguin.

She thought it might be interesting to know Boss Bela's secrets in training. That's why she made a YouTube video called " Train like Bela ”, where she breaks down her entire workout, from warm-up to final points.

Several thematic exercises are set up by coach Sciorilli to make Bela work with a lot of intensity, both in defense and attack, in a 2 against 1 format. These themed game sequences can inspire all fans of padel who wish to train in their clubs, with or without a coach. It is particularly surprising to see Belasteguin train, among others, on the right, but Miguel Sciorilli explains the reasons to us.

We hear the advice and expectations of the coach, who always asks more from an inexhaustible Fernando Belasteguin, even changing his t-shirt twice during his 1 hour workout. For Bela, training intensity is non-negotiable.

Exemplary involvement, attitude and concentration for the greatest player of all time, even after 30 years of career. An inspiring player and coach.
