What a day for the French pair present at the FIP Promotion Castellon which continues 2 big matches won in 3 sets. Dylan Guichard / Thomas Leygue is the 1st seed of the tournament, but she had to fight to reach a semi-final which will unsurprisingly be played against the “old” Matias Nicoletti and his Spanish partner Adrian Rodriguez.

The French had not necessarily planned to play so much in this FIP Promotion and so quickly in the table. And yet, in Spain, the tournaments are full of good players.

In this quarter-final, Leygue / Guichard therefore won their match in 3 sets 6/7 7/6 6/4 against a Spanish pair Santos / Castro who we did not expect at this level since it was about 'a qualified pair.

We will have to rest our bodies this evening before potentially playing two matches this Sunday.

The semi-final should be played around 11:30 a.m. and the final around 17:30 p.m.
