We knew that there would be a qualified French team in the final table of the FIP Rise of Canet, and it was the youngest pair on the pitch who qualified tonight without giving locals Malacamp and Boronad any chance.

Boronad / Malacamp in the hard

Boronad Fip Rise Canet

The match starts in a rather balanced way but very quickly the Boronad / Malacamp pair is in the hard. This is the first match on the center for those who took advantage of the package of the seeded 2 of the previas to join this last round. The first round ends with a completely logical 6/3.

A more contested second round

In the second round the locals wake up and force Clément and Arthur to fight a little more. We enjoy ourselves with spectacular points including an exit from Clément Codron which does not give any easy points. As in the first round a 6/3 ends the match and now we will have to hope to win the lucky-losers draw to enter the table for Boronad / Malacamp.

Fip Rise Codron

The two French players will therefore score at least 3 points in the FIP ranking and will play tomorrow at the magnificent central Canet at 16:30 p.m. against the seeded 6 in the table, Marques/Luna.

Arthur Hugounenq (My Center Palavas – 167th in France): "It's a pleasure to join the final draw, we may have had a draw a little more open than the others but we will defend our chances until the end."

Clement Codron (Sete Padel Club – 141st French): “I was sick a few days ago so it's great to be able to win two games here in this exceptional setting”

Objective to take the maximum pleasure tomorrow for the two young players who aspire to enter the top 100 of the French ranking as soon as possible.
