The club My Center Palavas, with its eight tracks of padel, welcomed the final stages of Head Padel Open 2023. The event, which was a great success, took place in a festive and warm atmosphere.

Head, organizer of the event, proposed a generous endowment of €45, with many prizes to be won throughout the weekend.

Francois Lorenzo, as referee, oversaw the competition. Here are the long-awaited results of this 2023 edition:

In the Youth U16 Boys category, eight teams competed for the title. The duo made up of Nathan Perrot and Victor Deligne distinguished themselves by becoming the big winners, while Gabriel Bessiere and Quentin Bernard made it to the final.

For women, the title went to Vanessa Pourin and Anna Blue Houareau. They brilliantly won the victory against Angie Pillot and Olivia Chalton, finalists of this competition.

The mixed category was dominated by Anna Blue Houareau and Dan Laune. They triumphed in the final against Rachel Bardet and Aurelien Amiot.

Finally, in the men's category, it's the team formed by Arthur Hugounencq and Aurelien Amiot which prevailed. They managed to assert themselves against Valentin Durand and Santiago Alvarez in the final.

You will have noticed, the Reunion player, Anna Blue Houareau, is the MVP of the event since she won the women's event and the mixed event. A remarkable performance for this player who is part of the French top 60. Finalist of the last regional championships, we hope to find her during the final stages of the French Championships.

Ce Head Padel Open 2023 therefore ended on a high note, crowning new champions and celebrating the sport of padel in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. We are looking forward to the 2024 edition!
