Still victorious at the last Brazil Open, Maxi Arce and Franco Dal Bianco were able to celebrate their first year of reign at the top of the A1 circuit Padel. The two Argentinians come back on this occasion to the beginnings of their association, their meteoric rise and their daily work to keep their place today.

The two natives of Buenos Aires form their pair at the start of the 2021 season. During the second tournament they play together, the Paraguay Master, they come out of the previas to enter the final table and eliminate the number 1 of the time to reach the semi-finals:

"To be honest, we were looking for medium or long-term results with Franco, over two or three years. What happened in Paraguay accelerated the process: we were prepared for these kinds of matches, but it still happened very quickly.” emphasizes today Maxi Arce.

After a final at the Master of Portugal, the two men win their first trophies together, consecutively at the Future and at the Open 1000 of Kungsbacka. They then move on with the Grand Master of Sweden who ends up propelling them to the upper echelons of the circuit.

The year 2022 marks their accession to the throne, with seven titles gleaned from fourteen tournaments played: “During these two years, it was a process of learning and consolidation. We studied our rivals to find out how they play against us, we played more naturally together and we wanted to become ever more solid” explains Maxi Arce.

The latter expresses the enthusiasm of this team by revealing its ambitions for this year 2023: “It would be nice to win ten tournaments this year!“. Franco Dal Bianco follows his partner: “We will try to win as many tournaments as possible, and above all to keep this number one spot."

With three trophies in the four main events at the start of the season (Sevilla Master, France Open and Brazil Open), Maxi Arce and Franco Dal Bianco are on track to establish their domination on the Fabrice Pastor circuit again this year.
