The four women's quarter-finals all ended in straight sets for the ladies at the Las Rozas Open in World Padel Tour.

We can not say that the shock of the day between seeded numbers 4 and 5 has all its promises. Indeed, quite surprisingly, Paula Josemaria and Bea Gonzalez, largely dominated Mapi and Majo Alayeto (6/4 6/4), who nevertheless played in the club where they train: EuroIndoor Padel Alcorcon.

In Alicante, for their first tournament together, “las dinamitas” had to forfeit against the twins at the same stage of the competition due to Bea's injury. They therefore offer themselves a small revenge and will compete tomorrow for their first semi-final together.

The three first seeds left no chance for their opponents, each time with victories in two dry sets! Although the level of play was very high and the games pleasant to follow, the suspense was not really there. Hopefully tomorrow the clashes between Marreo / Ortega and Josemaria / Gonzalez, and between Salazar / Sanchez and Triay / Sainz, will lead to more balanced encounters!
