Last month, the Racketlon France Association organized the first French Racketlon Championship at Padel Horizon Sucy-en-Brie, running from November 18 to 19, 2023. And padel is making noise to become a 5th essential sport…

Players who play all racquet sports

This first edition brought together the best French rackathletes in Sucy-en-Brie, under the aegis of the French Badminton Federation. In total, 60 participants competed in the clubs of Padel Horizon and the Saint Maur Tennis Club, divided into the single ladies and elite men categories.

Sylvain Ternon and Myriam Enmer were crowned champions, a first for them in this unique championship combining table tennis, badminton, squash and tennis. Padel also featured as an esplanade for the badminton and table tennis central court during the finals, marking a world first. The Roland Garros ball boys and girls also participated, rigorously fulfilling their role throughout the weekend. Exhibition matches also highlighted French table tennis, badminton and squash champions, with the notable presence of Patrick Chila as godfather of publishing, and passionate about Padel for a few years.

Testimonials and videos of these matches and of the various players in the Championship are available on the website of Racketlon France as well as on top their YouTube channel.
