Another one of their inventions. How will this help me? To arrive tired on the track makes no sense! And yet, yes, it makes sense. And it should even help some of us to play better then.

Are you a player who tends to speed things up? From the first touch of the ball you put the rhythm to shorten the point? Sometimes it works, but often you make the mistake. And your partners or coaches tell you: “slow down the pace, you are playing too fast”. But that's how it is, you can't do anything about it, despite your good will you can't slow down, which ends up frustrating you.

To manage to play more slowly, more calmly, there are several solutions. We will discuss two of them. The first is very simple. It's a pala problem. Maybe you have a pala that is too hard, too attack-oriented, and doesn't allow you to slow down the game. So take a trip to your club shop or at one of our partner sites, and test a 100% control pala!

The second solution is toarriving on the pitch tired. We are not talking about mental fatigue but about physical fatigue. At least 30 minutes before your game or practice, go for a run, but don't do a warm-up run. On the contrary, do interval training, accelerations, jumps, all kinds of exercises that will wear you out, burn you out, to the point of wanting to cancel the match so tired you will be.

In this case, you will no longer have the necessary and usual energy to accelerate the game and put this rhythm in the ball that characterizes you so much. You are going to be slack, without fishing, with balls that will have a much lower speed. So thanks to this fatigue you will play slowly, much to the delight of your partner.

This technique should help you become aware of this new way of playing, which even you did not know. So you shouldn't arrive on the field tired every time because it would necessarily be counterproductive, but for a while, once or several times, you can act in this way and discover these new facets of the game, until the day when they will appear alone in matches where you are in great shape.

To discover yourself, know your limits and create new techniques, you must surpass yourself. Burning energy before hitting the track is one of them. It's up to you to make good use of it by remembering to protect your body with specific drinks and food intake in order to avoid discomfort due to too much effort or injury due to fatigue. Knowing yourself, managing yourself, is the key. Let's go!
