The men's French tennis teams U16 and U18 have now become European champions in their category after three intensive days of competition. The U16 and U18 players won their final respectively against Serbia and Italy.

Mehdi Sadaoui (TC Sucy en Brie), Max Westphal (TC Chevry 2) and Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard (TC de la Pape) won their final against Serbia (2-1) during the European Summer Cups in Le Touquet. The U16 team thus won the Borotra Cup for the twelfth time in its history. The players of captain Jean-Baptiste Dupuy have successively won their quarter-final against Ukraine (3-0) and their semi-final against Great Britain (2-1).

In La Rochelle, U18 players Valentin Royer (Pornichet Ninon Tennis Club), Kyrian Jacquet (AS Montferrand) and Harold Mayot (ASPTT Metz) also won their final of the European Summer Cups against Italy (2- 1). The victorious team of captain Olivier Delaitre wins their fourth Galea Valerio Cup in a row. She was opposed to Germany in the quarter-finals (2-1 win) and to the Czech Republic in the semifinal (2-0 win).

By winning the European title for the second consecutive year, this historic performance rewards the field commitment of DTN teams and their training clubs to support young players at the highest level.

The U16 and U18 French women's teams were also involved in the European Summer Cups.

Led by her captain Alexia Dechaume-Balleret, the French women's U16 team composed of Elsa Jacquemot (TC Dardilly Champagne), Lucie Nguyen Tan (TC 16) and Juline Fayard (TC de la Pape) finished fourth in the final phase after their defeat against Germany (0-3).
