Quarantine is not an excuse to remain inactive. Every day we offer you a session to do at home in order to arrive in great shape when resuming padel.

Stéphane Penso is still doing his own. Period of confinement requires, we can not go out to practice our favorite sport. What to do when we live in a building? Since it is almost impossible to jump or throw the ball against the walls of your apartment under penalty of being heckled by your neighbors, here is a idea to keep hold.

Tired of staying locked in an apartment? Want to resume your pala? Stéphane Penso has the solution. Place a mattress against the wall and do your workout. This way, the ball makes no noise when you touch the wall and you keep in shape while satisfying your urge to hit the ball.

The first advice is to fly and fly, so the ball does not hit the ground. Depending on the floor and the time of day, try to let the ball bounce or even play glass exits with the wall behind you. Then, it's up to you and your imagination to create a series of moves.

Stéphane offers you a few series, on video.
