The French Tennis Federation communicates essential information concerning French Championships padel – Interclubs – National 1 of the year 2024.

Rules

Participants are invited to consult the 2024 Competition Guide – Chapter IX for all details relating to the regulations. This guide is available at the following address: Guide to the 2024 Competition.

Location and dates

Nationale 1 will take place from February 2 to 4, 2024 at Padel Horizon, in Île-de-France.

Deadline to qualify players in clubs

Players must be qualified before January 15, 2024, at 23:59 p.m.

Qualified clubs

Timetable for building teams

  • Until January 15, 2024, 23:59 p.m. : Reflection on the constitution of teams and administrative regularization of licenses.
  • January 16, 2024 – January 17, 2024, 18 p.m. : Submission of the list of six selected players in Excel format to padel@ fft.fr.
  • January 18, 2024 – January 26, 2024, 14 p.m. : Creation of the first Team Sheet (6 to 8 players) and control of the FFT.
  • 27th January 2024 – 2th February 2024 : Occasional modifications possible on your Team Sheet.
  • February 2, 2024, 10 a.m. : Closing of lists for the Gentlemen's teams.
  • February 2, 2024, 17 a.m. : Closing of lists for Ladies teams.

Provisional progress of the competition

  • Friday February 2 : Men's round of 8 at 14 p.m.
  • Saturday February 3 : Ladies and Gentlemen quarter-finals from 9 a.m., followed by the semi-finals and ranking matches at 14 p.m.
  • Sunday February 4 : Ranking matches from 9 a.m. and Ladies & Gentlemen Finals at 10 a.m.

The Referee will ensure the smooth running of the matches throughout the competition.

Regional phase

The competition will begin with the National 1, followed by the regional phases (Regional 1) in March 2024. The latter will be held on the weekend of March 16-17, unless special exceptions apply. The winners of the regional phases will be invited on March 30-31 to the Interregional Conferences, and will have the opportunity to qualify for the National 1 of 2025.
