We keep saying it, playing padel makes us better in our day to day. You who practice it regularly know it, but those around you do not necessarily know it. We quickly adhere to this atmosphere that is created on the ground. For those who are still perplexed and who have not yet tested our sport, here are some arguments.

Physical benefits

  • No discrimination: Play padel can be done at any age. On the field you will meet young people with older people, men, women, children, as long as the level is balanced, the games will always be interesting.
  • Keep in shape: Physical exercise burns calories, and padel, with its very different movements, promotes weight loss. A good idea for people with overweight, a complete sport promoting agility and liveliness for others.
  • Better rest: Regular exercise helps you sleep better at night, and padel is not left out. Practice the padel tires the body which needs a good nights sleep to recharge its batteries and thus start again for new days with a feeling of rest.
  • Brings positive effects: padel develops agility that you may not feel you are able to improve; coordination of movements, agility of the body, increased reflexes, better musculature and a healthier heart are the visible results after a short time of practice.

Mental benefits

  • Social Relationships: This team sport playing at 4 will allow you to meet new people and create new friendships. The more you play the more you will meet people of your level with the same expectations.
  • Reduces stress: Our work days are often very stressful. The padel helps relieve this stress. A game with friends helps release endorphins, promotes well-being, increases good humor and satisfaction.
  • Self-confidence: Playing sports regularly leads us to want to go one step further and improve. Setting goals, improving our game and winning games will increase our confidence in us.
  • Mental agility: The padel, by its structure creates a number of problems to which rapid solutions must be found. The trajectory of the ball, the rebound on the windows, the position of the opponents or the partner are all problems to be solved which will allow your brain to be more efficient and responsive.

So if so far your only argument was “the padel that's good because we're kidding ”, now you will know what to answer to attract more players 😉
